Raine & Horne Victoria, currently in its 13th year, has enjoyed a long and lucrative history. It began with four offices and within a short two or three-year period, the state’s network multiplied again and again. Over 400 interconnected offices in every state and territory of this great nation create a sizeable and comprehensive real estate operation, while the broader Raine and Horne network extends across international markets, including Hong Kong, India, Dubai, Canada and the UK. The network employs thousands of people and looks after many more thousands of clients – from buying, selling and property maintenance to financial services and valuations in every area of residential and commercial real estate.
Many Victorian offices have enjoyed extraordinary growth and success, largely due to a cohesive, collective approach that maximises individual skills, talents and experience while also drawing on the extensive resources of the wider network. The Victorian arm of Raine & Horne not only held out during a financially challenging year, but also achieved strong growth across all sectors. The recent opening of three new offices – Craigieburn, Pearcedale and Truganini’s New Homes Division – paves the way for several additional offices, which are currently in progress.
